Our Exchange Partners

A short placement depends entirely on the people receiving the student. We work with a deliberately small circle of partners, chosen for the quality of their pastoral care rather than the size of their prospectus.

Who We Work With

Independent and State Schools

Day and boarding schools across the UK that accept short-term international students, from preparatory age through to sixth form. We work with each school directly rather than through a booking platform, so that the arrangements can be adapted to the individual student.

Host Families

Homestay families drawn from the same vetted network we use for our long-term guardianship students. Every household is safeguarding-trained, DBS-checked and visited by our designated safeguarding lead.

Transport Providers

The same long-standing, fully insured drivers who handle our guardianship transfers, familiar with airport procedures for unaccompanied minors.

Overseas Schools and Agencies

Partner schools and education consultancies abroad who send us groups and individual students each year, and for whom we design the academic and cultural programme.

How a Partner Is Chosen

  • A demonstrable record of caring well for international students, not simply of accepting them
  • Safeguarding policies and staff training that we have seen, not merely been told about
  • A named member of staff who will be responsible for our students during the placement
  • Willingness to communicate with us and with parents throughout, and to raise concerns early
  • Re-reviewed by us at least once each academic year, and removed from our list if standards slip

Asking About a Specific School

Because availability for short placements changes from term to term, we do not publish a fixed list of exchange schools. Tell us the dates, the year group and the subjects your child is interested in, and we will come back to you with the schools that can genuinely accommodate them.

Every Journey Begins with a Conversation

Every child’s path is their own, and the right companionship can make the journey through British education a far more assured one.

Do get in touch and tell us about your child and what you hope for them, so that together we can find the support and companionship that suits them best.

It begins with one honest conversation — and a little more reassurance and support for your child’s time in Britain.
