What Parents Say

The trust placed in us by parents is the driving force behind everything we do and the ultimate measure of our value.

We are truly grateful for the help and care Sunny has consistently provided to our child. This was our child’s first time studying in the UK; he had no family or close friends there. As parents, we have our own careers and lives back home and simply couldn't drop everything to accompany him. Knowing that he was living and studying so far away, we naturally worried about him constantly.

Especially in the beginning, I often wondered: if something happened to him in the UK while we were back home; separated by the Indian Ocean and a seven-to-eight-hour time difference; there was very little we could actually do. That feeling of wanting to help but being unable to reach out effectively is something parents find hard to shake.

Fortunately, our child was looked after by Sunny. With Sunny’s guardianship and companionship, we felt he was no longer alone in the UK; he had a responsible adult by his side who genuinely cared and was willing to help. Whenever issues arose, whether in his studies or daily life, there was someone there to communicate, manage, and resolve them promptly. For us parents, the peace of mind this brought is something that goes far beyond a simple 'thank you.'

Sunny’s diligence, sense of responsibility, and reliability gradually put our minds at ease. We knew that if our child faced a challenge in the UK, there was someone to stand by him—someone willing to think a step ahead and go the extra mile on our behalf. As parents, that sense of security and trust is truly invaluable to us.

Thank you, Sunny, for the care and support you’ve given our child over the past year. Your companionship and guidance allowed us to feel confident letting him study and grow independently in the UK. We are so fortunate that he found such a trustworthy guardian in a foreign land. We offer our heartfelt thanks and wish you all the best—may your future be filled with peace and happiness!

To be honest, I had many reservations when deciding to send my child to the UK to study alone at such a young age. She was still a minor heading to a completely unfamiliar country—facing differences in language, environment, and teaching styles—so I wondered: could she really adapt? Was this the right decision for us as parents?

My biggest concerns centered on the day-to-day moments we couldn't see or be there for. What if she didn't eat or sleep well? What if she got sick? What if she faced problems at school or felt depressed without family nearby? After all, with us being back home, it meant that even if we were worried, we couldn't simply rush to her side at a moment's notice.

Those worries gradually faded after I met the Dreamline team and had in-depth conversations with the person in charge. Dreamline possesses a deep understanding of UK boarding school life and the various challenges faced by young students; they demonstrated a genuine sense of responsibility and patience. That was the moment I realized that, although my child was far from her parents, she wasn't truly alone in the UK.

Time has proven that we made the right choice. Her first year in the UK went smoothly; she not only adapted to the academic and daily routines but also gradually settled into the local environment. What pleased us most was seeing her become more confident and composed; she made friends and grew increasingly independent in her daily life.

I believe this is what every parent hopes for—that their child becomes truly independent rather than feeling helpless when away from home. She knows that whenever she encounters a problem she cannot solve on her own, there is a trusted guardian nearby she can turn to for help.

For us, Dreamline provided more than just guardianship services; they gave us peace of mind. As our child grows up in the UK, we can worry less and feel more at ease. I am so glad we made that choice.
